The offer
Port Lincoln Caravan Centre (the Promoter) is offering 250 complimentary caravan services: 50 caravan leak tests (indicative retail value $395 each), 50 caravan weighings (indicative retail value $250 each), 50 wheel alignment checks (indicative retail value $150 each), 100 battery & solar health checks (indicative retail value $149 each). Combined indicative retail value $54,650.
Separately, up to 100 fuel cards of $500 each (total $50,000) are available to eligible customers who have qualifying insurance repairs completed through the Promoter. Combined maximum advertised promotional value $104,650.
Eligibility
- One complimentary service per eligible caravan. The registrant chooses one of the three advertised services.
- Open to owners of registered caravans, camper trailers, pop-tops and hybrids. Eyre Peninsula residents and travellers are both welcome.
- Each caravan may be registered once. A person may register more than one caravan.
- No purchase is necessary.
Allocation and bookings
- Registration secures an allocation subject to availability at the time of registration. It is not a confirmed appointment.
- The Promoter will contact the registrant to arrange an appointment. Appointments may extend beyond the initial promotional period.
- Services are performed at Port Lincoln Caravan Centre, Port Lincoln. Some services may be delivered through RV Now’s mobile operation at suitable approved locations, subject to equipment, access and operational requirements, at the Promoter’s discretion.
- Where an allocation is exhausted, registrants may join a waitlist or select another service with remaining allocation.
- Missed appointments without notice may forfeit the allocation.
What’s included
- The complimentary service is as described on the promotion page. The wheel alignment option is a check only; adjustment is quoted separately.
- Promotional services are not redeemable for cash and are not transferable.
- Additional repairs, parts or services are not included unless expressly stated. Any additional work is quoted separately and requires the customer’s approval before it proceeds.
- The optional visual condition review is a visual check only and is not a mechanical inspection, a roadworthiness certification or a guarantee that a caravan is free of defects.
- Nothing in this promotion is a representation that an insurer will accept a claim or that a particular repair will be covered.
Fuel card offer
- Available to the first 100 eligible customers whose qualifying insurance repair is completed by the Promoter and paid in full (including any excess) during the promotional period.
- Qualifying repairs are insurer-approved repairs to a caravan, camper trailer, pop-top or hybrid. Minimum repair value and other qualifying criteria will be published before launch.
- One fuel card per completed qualifying repair. The card is issued after completion and payment, not on lodgement or approval of a claim.
- The fuel card is a thank-you from the Promoter for having the repair completed by the Promoter. It is only available where the Promoter completes the qualifying repair; no fuel card is available for repairs completed by any other repairer. It is not a payment, rebate or waiver of any insurance excess and does not form part of any insurance claim. Nothing in this offer restricts a customer’s right under their policy to nominate a different repairer.
- The Promoter does not represent that an insurer will accept any claim or cover any repair.
- The fuel card offer is subject to compliance review and may be varied or withdrawn before launch if required by insurer or legal requirements.

Privacy collection notice
The Promoter collects the personal information you provide (name, contact details, location and caravan details) to administer the promotion, allocate and schedule services, record findings and provide quotations you request. Information may be shared with RV Now for the purpose of delivering services. We may contact you about your registration and service by phone, SMS or email.
Marketing communications are sent only where you have opted in, and you can unsubscribe at any time. Photographs of your caravan are taken only where you have consented to the visual condition review.
You can request access to or correction of your information by contacting Port Lincoln Caravan Centre. A full privacy policy will be published before launch.
General
The Promoter may vary, suspend or withdraw the promotion where required by law or by circumstances beyond its control, and will honour registrations already allocated wherever practicable. These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia.
