Why we’re doing this
A new era for Eyre Peninsula caravanning
Port Lincoln Caravan Centre is entering a new chapter. Under new ownership, and backed by the experience, equipment and mobile servicing capability of RV Now, we’re building a bigger and better caravan service offering for the whole Eyre Peninsula.
We want to introduce ourselves to the local caravan community, show what the team can do, and help owners understand the real condition of their vans. The best way to do that is to let the work speak for itself.
So we’re giving away 250 professional caravan services, and 100 fuel cards for insurance repair customers. No obligation to buy anything. Just value for caravan owners across the Eyre Peninsula.
During your visit you can opt in to a free visual condition review. We look for the obvious things that cost money later:

Opportunities for solar, battery and off-grid upgrades
Where we find something, we explain the repair options and can quote or recommend further investigation. If damage may be insurable, we can talk you through the assessment and claims process. The review is a visual check, not a mechanical inspection, roadworthy certificate or guarantee the van is defect-free. We’ll ask you on the day; it’s entirely optional.

Repairs and upgrades

Insurance repairs. Hail, storm, accident and water ingress repairs, panel work and other eligible insurance work, done in Port Lincoln.
Servicing and maintenance. Routine servicing, brakes, bearings, suspension, tyres and preventative maintenance.
Electrical and off-grid. Lithium batteries, solar, inverters, battery management, charging systems and complete off-grid upgrades.
Appliances and comfort. Fridges, air conditioners, awnings, accessories and touring equipment.
All additional work is optional, quoted separately and only goes ahead with your approval.

Port Lincoln Caravan Centre, powered by RV Now
RV Now is a South Australian caravan servicing group with a dealership, workshop and mobile servicing background. Taking on Port Lincoln Caravan Centre means investing in people, equipment and a service offering that the Eyre Peninsula hasn’t had locally: insurance repairs done in town, proper leak testing and weighing, 12V and off-grid builds, and a mobile unit that can reach vans that can’t reach us.
This is a long-term commitment to Port Lincoln and the peninsula, not a pop-up. The giveaway is how we’d like to say hello.
Yes. One complimentary leak test, weighing or wheel alignment check per eligible caravan, at no charge. There’s no catch and nothing to buy.
Do I need to purchase anything?
No. No purchase is necessary. If we find something during the visit, we’ll explain it and quote it, and you decide. Any extra work needs your separate approval.
Can I claim more than one service?
One free service per caravan. You choose which of the three.
Can I register more than one caravan?
Yes. Each caravan can be registered once and claims its own free service, subject to availability.
Where are the services performed?
At Port Lincoln Caravan Centre in Port Lincoln. Some services can also be delivered through RV Now’s mobile operation at suitable approved locations, subject to equipment, access and operational requirements.
Can RV Now come to me?
Possibly. Tell us where the van is when you register and we’ll confirm whether a mobile visit is practical for your chosen service. Leak testing and weighing need particular conditions on site.
How does the $500 fuel card work?
The first 100 eligible customers who have qualifying insurance repairs completed and paid for through Port Lincoln Caravan Centre receive a $500 fuel card toward their next trip. The card is issued after the repair is completed and paid, not when the claim is lodged. It only applies to repairs done by Port Lincoln Caravan Centre; if you have the work done elsewhere, there’s no fuel card. It’s our thank-you for choosing us.
Can I get a free service and a fuel card?
Yes. They’re separate. Register a caravan for its free service, and if you also have an eligible insurance repair completed with us, you may qualify for a fuel card.
What happens if my chosen service is fully booked?
You can join the waitlist for that service, or switch to one that still has allocation. We’ll contact you if a spot opens up.
How long does each service take?
Leak test around two hours. Weighing around 45 minutes. Alignment check around an hour. We’ll confirm a drop-off time when we call.
What happens if you find a problem?
We explain what we found, what it means and what the options are. If you want it fixed, we quote it. There’s no obligation.
Can you assist with insurance repairs?
Yes. If the visit turns up hail, storm or water damage that may be covered, we can walk you through the assessment and claims process and work with your insurer’s assessor. We can’t promise an insurer will accept a claim.
When will my service be performed?
Reserving secures your allocation; it isn’t a booked appointment. Once the workshop calendar opens we’ll call to book a time. Appointments may run beyond the initial launch period as allocations are worked through.
